My little animatin project...Need some feedback

The clip below is the first scene of my new project that I recently began to experiment on my animation skills(which I don’t have much) I can feel this animation feels stiff and unnatural but don’t know why.Any help would be appreciated.
(By the way I actually looking for a snappy kind of animation)

in the first pose the neck looks broken. and try not to have the arm dead straight like you have at screen righ
