The resolution is indeed very small, and when I tried to click on the image, it took me to a site in Hebrew and there was no larger version of the image.

It’s not that big of a deal to resize the image and then embellish it at the larger resolution. Software/plugins like Perfect Resize professional can do a good job resizing, but since you’d probably want to do more iterations to improve it, you might as well think of this not as a finished piece, but a small thumbnail version that you’ll continue to work on and turn into a full-sized version.

You definitely want to get rid of any kind of artifacts in your digital artwork such as the aliased contour edge of the moon. You should never have that sort of artifact in your image unless you want to do it on purpose (such as pixel art or emulating old video games from decades ago).

The anatomy doesn’t look quite right–the hands have unnatural proportions, and the arm is too short. You should take photo references with household lamps to get exactly the reference you need. Use family/friends or yourself with mirror/tripod. Everyone has a digital camera these days, so there’s no excuse to be lazy and not shoot proper references when doing any kind of serious artwork that you’ll spend many hours on and want to be proud of.
