I have finished modeling a dinosaur T-Rex, I also created an environment for him and gave him a better pose, check it out and tell me your opinion.
I used ZBrush for sculpting him and Maya for modeling.

I have done new improvements to my T-Rex, more realism added, which made the rendering impossible for the previous scene, so I had to make a smaller/simple scene, but the dinosaur is more realistic:
