Mudbox to Max - Normal Map seam

I’m having 2 problems with the normal map generated from madbox. First, you can see the normal map is broken at lower part of the wing which I do not have a seam at that area. Sec, how do I clean up that seam near that upper part of the wing? ( the map I created is of testing only )
