we mocapped two characters fighting, cleaned the data in MotionBuilder, animated in motionbuilder on two character models provided with motionbuilder (mia & knight), then plotted the animation from control rigs BACK to skeletons. saved project as .fbx.
when imported in maya, the skeletons and animations come over great, but the models and mesh are gone. (I created a few spheres to make sure mesh and shading were on.)
