I have tried contacting Autodesk for the free 30 days install and get running support for my Motion Builder problem … Layout Missing error thread. I tried emailing their support email at hotline@alias.com and have heard nothing back over quite a period of time. As per below:

Alias Getting Started Support makes it easier to get up and running on your MotionBuilder software. You get 30 days free telephone support on Installation, Licensing, and Hardware issuesvalid from the date of the software activation (or 120 days after software shipment, whichever occurs first).
United States, Canada, Americas: Monday - Friday, 3am to 8pm ESTSaturday and Sunday, 6am to 6pm EST.
Europe, Middle East, Africa: Monday - Friday, 9am to 2am CETSaturday and Sunday, 12pm to 12am CET.
Asia Pacific As determined by reseller partners

As you can see they do not supply a phone number. No response to emails.
Does anyone here know the toll free Canadian Number for Motion Builder support ???
