motion builder python files anywhere?

Does anyone host any python scripts for motion builder, perhaps small scripts that automate a task etc etc.
I am trying to find some as reference to write my own, but i have never used python and relatively new to MB also. If anyone knows of any hosted, or would be kind enough to send me some examples then it would be greatly appreciated.

If you hunt around in the MotionBuilder directory on your hard drive, you’ll find 2 folders (I think) that have python scripts in them. One of them have a whole bunch. Enough to keep you busy for a while…

Good luck with python. Very useful language I yet to understand fully.

Hi,

You could find some python scripts for Motion Builder on the autodesk web site, there is a free forum dedicated to Motion builder developers.

I have used python for developing tools for Motion Builder, but I quickly used the Open Reality SDK instead because scripting in MB (it was version 6 at that time) was too limited and buggy…
I don’t know about MB 7.5…
