Motion blur with velocity map?

Hello!
I was wondering how do i go about using velocity maps in After effects?
I have used velocity maps in combustion what were enbedded in a .RPF file is there a similar way of using 2d motion blur in AE or are there any tutorials to accomplish this type of effect?

You don’t need tutorials, you need plug-ins like RevisionFX RSMB. Your motion vectors must be exported as a separate image sequence. AE has no built-in RPF mo blur or such.
