More than two enum values

For the life of me can’t figure this out and maybe that is just the way it is, but how do I add an enum attribute that has more than two values. It defaults with the “Blue” “Green” choices, but I’d like more than just two. Is that even possible? Thank you for any help.

Just click in the empty line immediately below the two existing values and type a new name in the textfield - when you hit enter the new enum value will be created.
