3.background layer is behind fore ground layer
4.then i tracked the sequence every thining is working fine
5.then i hit the remove render button,it is rendering but there is no any change, object still remains
6.please explain me,do i need to check the perspective? or do i need to check the surfaces and grids of both?

Is there enough camera movement in your shot? Mokey has only a chance to remove the object, if in other frames before or after the current one, the camera looks from a different point of view such that the respective part of the background is visible.

use mokey to track and then export it to a compositing application, paint a clean plate and then patch the offending area.
