Modifying stencils on the fly?

Say I have a model of a human head and a photo of a human face and I want to apply the eye area of that photo as a stencil onto the eye area of my model but the model and photo don’t match up perfectly. Is it possible to get like small translation points on the stencil so you can skew and stretch it in order to better align the two with each other before translating the photo data onto the mesh?

I’ve seen this done in Zbrush so I’m wondering if Mudbox can do the same…
