Mirroring finished texture

Hi,
I have a painted texture, but it is not mirrored ( symmetry in Mudbox didn’t work )
So I have a question, how can I flip my painted texture to another side? Can I do this in Mudbox or in other application?

If your uvws are symmetrical you can flip them in photoshop
