Mesh moved after binding skin, what happen?

as i read all everthing, the best way to rig a char

the shirt moved after binding then save, quit maya, re-lunch maya, open the saved file

what happen?

the geo is referenced, i freeze everything on geo file,

but i did move the local rotation pivot (the “home” key thing)

even when i do center pivot, then bind the skin again, its still behave like that, what actually happen?

Hi…!
If the skin weights are good enough… Detach skin with keep history option and position it and rebind with the same influence joints or else re position and skin once again.
