"Merge to HDR"-problem

Hi,
I’ve taken about 20 RAW pics of different exposure and put them in Lightroom, but when I try to “Merge to HDR” in photoshop it seems to work fine for the brighter pics (up to +6ev) but the darker pics seems to all be clamped to -3.32,

…The bottom 6 pics are all measured as -3.32, even tho they are clearly different from eachother (one is almost pitch black).

I use cs4 photoshop and lightroom 2, in 32bit XP.
