Mental ray Wireframe mtrl renders black

Hi, I have an interior scene which I try to visualize with an override mtrl as follows: I have made a mr Composite material - Base mtrl: standard with a Ambient Occlusion in Diffuse map, Mat. 1: standard with black wireframe. This usually works fine. But I noticed that only surfaces facing the camera renders like they should. Floors and parts of walls that are more parallell to the direction of the camera tends to render completely black. Everything is built as simple poly´s…
