Mental ray - Keep last render (Overide last render)

#1

Hi, im sorry if it’s a common question but i couldn’t find on google and cg talk.

Im just trying to know how to keep last render so i can see the difference with the changes i made.

(F9)
I don’t want to clone the image every time =/
Vray was able to do this…

Thank you.

The best you can hope for in vanilla max is to use the Ramplayer, and keep loading the last render into one of its 2 buffers. A full multi-image VFB has been a wish of mine for awhile…

You could also try out this old boboscript…

Thx, i realy like the idea of Multi Image Rendered Frame Window, it’s exactly what i am looking for.

If my memories are good, i think old 3ds max version was keeping the last render (even in scanline)
