Need to finish this part of the project so I went with a poseable rig for the snakes and a dynamic rig for the Dreads.
nHair driven IK Spline Handles bound to simple geometry. They only respect the passive collider when moving slowly. They don’t respect each other’s geometries. There’s 21 different hair systems there. When I add them all to the same system they lose functionality.
Short on time now, looking for a cheap fix… be nice to know the proper way to do this for next time tho. Can I use the bound geometry as a particle goal and fields to repel the particles?
