Hay muchos libros generales y otros mas especificos en animacion, texturas etc. Ademas cualquier libro sea de maya 6 o 5 o 7, te va a servir en principio. Fijate en la pagina de Alias http://www.alias.com/glb/eng/products-services/learning_tools.jsp?product=maya y ahi vas a encontrar muchos libros.

Btw, IĀ“m recompiling all tutorial-links at www.learning-maya.com , especially all links coming from Highend3d (changed urls) and digitaltutors (Sandip from dt.com regularly passes me his new links to include them at learning-maya)ā€¦

Hopefully the next days you can grab all updated tutorial-links from thereā€¦ itĀ“s just a lot of work to collect all the links ā€¦ but I hope itĀ“s worth the effort

im new to maya. my surfaces wonā€™t work such as boundary, brail tool

it has this error in the script editor

so nothing ever shows up

WOW nice forum and so many friendly people! Iā€™m new in here. Actually Iā€™m an engineer but Iā€™m planning to make a career shift in the world of digital arts specifically 3D animation. Iā€™m currently studying MAYA on my own through its tutorial. I already finished studying Modeling and about to go to Animation tutorial but found my self stuck because I have some missing files, my extra CD was damaged . Here are the filesā€¦
