A quick question about Maya’s smooth mesh preview.
I have smooth mesh preview turned off, but in my viewpoint half of the geometry is smoothed and the other is not. The geometry that is not smoothed is geometry created from extruding.
With smooth mesh preview remaining off, how can I get this single piece of geometry to maintain preview continuity, preferably un-smoothed?
This is being modeled for Unity, so I need to know how my geometry is flowing.
