Anyone here used the SHAPES plugin for Maya for corrective blendshapes on a character?
I’m having trouble with the RBF solvers on my character’s shoulders, among other things I’m running into an issue where after I save the file the weight values for the corrective poses in my RBFs are incorrect. When the character is posed in a way that should bring a corrective shape to a weight of 1.0, the weights are much lower, around 0.512. Just before I saved and exited Maya that pose had a value of 1.0 when the character was posed accordingly…
Any ideas on a fix or what could potentially cause it to happen?
