Maya issue with minipulators (solved)

I get this and cant fix. I reinstalled deleted everything but no fix. Its only with the manipulators when you rotate.

try to reset your preferences.

No it didnt fix this issue. It worked fine a few months ago, using maya 2018. But this issue still persists.
