maya fumefx preview show nothing

hi guys
i need your help
I install fumefx in maya. everything looks alright.but when i open preview it show me nothing.
i don’t know what i must do.please help me.
our small team starting produce a 10 minute demo.i can use render view but it take long time for result but we have no time to lose.
please help…
