Do you have a texture on the incandescence? Is it animated over time? looks static to me.

also, key frame the density between a high and low value then cycle the animation. Do you have turbulence on the emitter? might help.

It looks good though. feels hot!

Yes I have applied texture Incandescence on it and its also animated over time.
No key frame animation on any of the attributes and yes I put turbulence on emitter so that it could provide the shape and flow to smoke when it goes higher.
I had tried to make my simulation as simple as possible so no key framing, no fancy stuff, just simple values, shading and texture.
