MAYA FBX export

hi there,
so basically I’m a 3dsMax person and I’ve barely touched Maya, and I need to export this rigged character I downloaded with all its constraints and skin information but I’m getting these errors.
could someone help me resolve this errors so I can export this model and animate it in 3dsMax?
