Maya 2012 Muscle problem

Hey guys, im setting up a muscle simulation for my character’s arm using the maya muscle. Basically its a normal setup using the Muscle builder thats available using the default maya plug in.
After setting up the upper left body (and skinnning it) i realize if i animate the joints in some extreme pose and scrub the timeline back and forth a bit some of the muscle will flip/snap.
Is this normal or any work around for this? or im just doing this wrong. thanks in advance.:slight_smile:
