Material Blending

Good Day Friends,

Well, I have seen a while ago, a script or plugin that blends the edges of two adjacent materials by a certain factor, so that the materials are not looking too straight along their polys, but unfortunately cannot seem to remember its name or where I have seen it.
Would highly appreciate any help in looking for it.
