Hi all,
I am proposing that CGSociety incorporate a Matchmove forum into the community. Its purpose would be generalized and aimed at both the technical/theory and artistry of the discipline in addition with the technologies both software and hardware that would be impacting on its current state within various facility pipelines and industry itself.
When I first started out I found it difficult to get help on the larger apps like 3DE compared to the moderately tutorialized Boujou and PF in addition with their integration into 3D apps. I would have found it really beneficial if such a forum existed and Im sure given the fact it is typically the entry point for most 3D careers, others would find it likewise helpful.
So if you think CGsociety could benefit from such a forum please put in your vote. Even if you have moved on from the world of Tracking it would be great to have your support.
