Hi Bianca,
I dont really know matchmove demoreel. Dont really know what you need to show in it.
In my opinion you should show the tracking yah but also the final stage of the shot
Example: the tracking on the gun, we should see the result with the 3d prop

Matchmove reels tend to just show that the CG elements sticks to the footage. They do that by showing trackers and wire frames.
I think maybe at a later stage I will put in some CG elements, but its usually not a necessity.
