MASH Offset Node "Hold Values" missing

I was watching a somewhat dated video (from Maya 2014 I think) going over the various options in the MASH Offset Node.
One of the options was the “Hold Values” Mode. It would pretty much allow to slow down and stop your moving points at any particular point in time by dragging a slider called Hold Strength.
Has this been removed in 2018? Or has it been moved to another node?
