Hello everyone,
Here I’m sharing “final version” of Level up challenge.
It was a pretty tough challenge but I’m glad I was able to get something out before the deadline.
Thanks for viewing and any comments/crits welcome.
Best wishes,

Hi Sue,
Lovely work, the area top right, where the ceiling is, its screaming for that area to be extended upwards, it kind of stops the eye suddenly, I would remove that ceiling and turn it into a canyon with shop fronts and such like.
Hello Richard,
Thanks for pointing that out.
I tried to make a version with a higher ceiling based on your comment-which you could see in the wip thumbnails I posted below. I do think it was heading to the right direction for better but I simply ran out of time. But I can see how raising the ceiling could benefit in a good way.

Since I felt time was running short to address those, I decided to version down and focus on fine tuning little details here and there instead.
Thanks for viewing and here the final…

Interesting piece and nice work…
I would love to see exactly where this is…like an aerial view…the contrast of interior and the jungle type of feel you have it really pulls you in to learn more about it…
Great to see the process… well done!
I personally really like the clean version #3 before the lighting and color adjustments because in my opinion they take a bit away from the realism. Good luck!
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment.
I imagined this to be kind of a dome or beehive like shape from the exterior? covered in solar panel type of thing all around so the place is more or less self sustained?
Hello Erik,
Thanks,
Version 3 I would say was more at collage like stage.
I can say achieving realism for me doesn’t come as quick and easy… I suppose maybe it’s due to my fine art background… appreciate your comment though!
Cheers!
