Lovely painting, great job

colors seem very balanced and composition seems to work for me, I especially like the fact that it seems fairly ordinary; real. Looks like a real place.

Only comment would be that the texture of the vegetation seems too nice and fluffy. With the darkened colors maybe a more hostile texture like prickly thorns might seem more in place, also with the dead tree, which will still stand out.

Now it seems like you want to lay down and rest in it.

but its a great job anyhow
