Make an intersect grid with emitter


hi everyone, i try to figure out how to replicate this kind of animation that i made with cloner and sweep (attached c4d file) with c4d emitter. (something similar to xp network trail effect)

The problem is that with this kind of set up the project slow down a lot when i replicate the null object (that contain the setup grid)

any advice will be appreciated
