Animation Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Experience directing realistic feature character animation a must
- Guide animators to execute client and internal creative direction
- Match animators with shots based on complexity and skill level
- Periodically revise priorities
- Provide input for animation delivery schedule
- Maintain anim related info in a tracking system
- Communicate/resolve issues downstream in the pipeline
- Act as interface between animators and riggers
- Collect and organize appropriate reference into logical directory structure
Additional requirements:

- strong problem solving and communication skills
Pluses:
- Hands on animation or rigging experience in maya
- Los Angeles area residents preferred
