lower Titan performance on MBO - looking for advice

Actualy this one p9x79-e ws and I’m sure for at least one more, was it asrock extreme 11 something like that. additinal chips to provide extra lanes to support all PCIE at thsoe speeds.

On the other hand aI made a nice break through…
Finalyl got sick and tried and did full secure erease on ssd and fresh re install.
Then did some benchs on pretty fresh system, win 8 updates only and nvidia drivers, and after that did win 8.1 upgrade just to see what will happen.
It seems that pcie30 hack that forcepcie 3 worked this time…
Noticed nice score improvement… and here are couple of new results

fresh win 8 re install after forcepcie3.exe:

And here is firestrike fresh 8 and then second one is right after win 8.1 upgrade:

Definitely big improvement compare to old results and much more smooth looking.
So it seems that fresh win, fresh drivers and forcepcie3 worked this time.
This is onlu with CPU oc at 4.5, cards are at their stock speeds
