Low Key Motion capture with different video input sources

I have different cameras

  1. Fisheye camera
  2. Different fisheye camera(ie different fov and quality)
  3. Kinect 360
  4. Smartphone camera
  5. ipod 5g nano(the one with video recording)

Which software is suitable to do motion capture with that setup?
Keep in mind that this is - obviously - no commercial production.

I used ipisoft with the kinect, but if just one arm was not showing, the software could not handle it.

ipisoft requires tedious calibration of all cameras, this should be automatic and quick.
