Looking for schools in Europe

Hey everybody,

I recently graduated with my BA in 3D animation and VFX in the US and am now probably moving back to Europe, Germany in particular. I was wondering if any of you had any insights on what schools to go for and which ones to avoid.

I’m particularly interested in animation, modeling and rigging for games, but I wouldn’t mind a more board education in the 3D arts. After finishing my BA, I just felt like I’ve barely touched the surface of this amazing industry.

Have you found a school yet? I don’t know schools in Germany sorry, only in Portugal.

You probably need to be able to speak German to study there.

At most schools you probably need to.
However, I know that in Germany efforts to create an international atmosphere are great and maybe you can find schools that also accept you if you cannot speak German (provided that your English is very good, though).

If I were you, I'd just google-search ‘German Art school’, ‘Design school Germany’

something like that. Generally Germany is quite short of good art schools that properly prepare you for the industry and don’t demand exorbitant high fees.
