Looking for good AE training videos or DVDs

Hello everybody
I have quite low AE knowledge but wanna change that.
So I’m looking for a good AE OnlineVideo or DVD training, step by step from the simple start until more advanced stuff like 3D in AE.

Acutally, a few hours of basic training but then a huge focus on animation, graph editor and working in AEs 3D mode would be best.

What can you recommend?
Its also fine if it costs something… I would prefer a complete package rather then a free tutorial here, another small free tutorial there…
better a complete training kit which might cost a bit. that’s fine.

Any recommendations?
CS3 or CS4 would be best.

The ultimate resource in my opinion is Video Copilot. If you visit the tutorials page you will find virtually every area is covered, including all the basics to get your started too.
