Looking for a partner..

Hi,
i have been working with visual C++ 6 for a while, now that i got VB .net, i am looking for some one my age (14-16) to program (and learn) (directX 9, C++ dotnet) with
all that i ask for is thay you are willing to spend at least 1:30 hours a day programing with me, and that you have a basic understaning of C++.
after a year of learning i am planning to make somewhat of a game for a game-engine (crappy one, most likly)
