Lighting greenscreen surface on low-budget

I am trying to light the surface of my greenscreen so that it is bright enough to pull a decent matte from.

Does anyone have any good ideas of how to light it with a small (home-movie) budget? I know that may be asking a lot. But, I have to ask. :hmm:
