Evo3D: Welcome! Nice start. The scene seems to have strong ambient light compared to the high contrast background. Some warm light coming from the background would help bring the image together.
pankajkaintura43: Getting better! There still seems to be light leaking somewhere, the sphere on the top is getting warm light from somewhere. Try looking at photographs of color lights and look at how the colors behave. Most of the time the light source itself is not very saturated.
brookselliott: I really like where this image is heading. With the sun being right behind everything and being so strong, I’d expect lots of specular highlights and very bright direct illumination. Try looking at photographs of backlit day scenes, they’re usually very high contrast.
Ashrafabdelaziz: Welcome! You have a very nice start so far. Having such strong DOF from a distance makes this image feel like a miniature. You may also want to rotate your key light some so that there’s more of a gradient along the carousel.
Voigg: Thanks for posting the image. I’m trying to figure out why could be causing the issues. If you’re using raytraced shadows, the shadows seem very soft. Are you using a light radius? Or area lights? If you’re using light radius it’s possible the radius is so big it’s penetrating through objects.
ninepan: Good job, make sure your lights are casting shadows.
Assadshk21: Good work, For a horror image you may want to work a little bit with contrast, if the cool light screen right is toned down it could make the shot a little more menacing. Another thing that helps make images a little more frightening is make the light come more from the ground up.
fredduck: Great! The bounce light helps out a lot. However, the balloons are still very dark. Balloons usually reflect a lot of light because of their material and transparency. The bounce light on the bottoms of the horses also looks a little bit too bright
