Light rays effect in Photoshop?

Anyone know a good trick on how to make light rays effect in Photoshop? Any good tutorials for this? Thanks.

Thanks, those links worked great and were easy to use! I made them into actions and as soon as I get home I will upload them here so other people can use them.

EDIT: Here is the download link for the action: DOWNLOAD The action creates a new Adjust Colors adjustment layer so that you can color the rays whatever color you want. Hope this helps someone out.
