Lets Get blender in the mainstream.

I love blender and would love to see it used more in the mainstream. Please post contests or other ways we can all help each other and blender to be seen more in the mainstream. I will Start by submitting a contest I entered and would love to have community support for. It is at talenthouse.com I encourage all benderites to join this site cause It can help you get noticed.

Please support me by voting and lets get blender seen in the mainstream. If I win my logo made entirely in blender will be used before every motion picture made by Rat Entertainment (Brett Ratner, director of the Rush hour movies, Production company.)

If you add other contest that you submitted I will check them out and support you as well.

That’s a great idea, but it may be better to post this to one of the blender sites like BlenderNation or BlenderArtists, or it ask the people at blender.org to create contests page.

Otherwise, it sounds like you want other people to help build your profile, just because you use blender.

I thought of using blendernation first and then I found a link to this forum and this just happend to be the site I chose first. I think your right and I should ask them to create a page like that. It would be great for the community. I just recently found the site for sharing blender files I have been uploading free models to turbosquid and now I see I can use blendershare to share blenderfiles. I am hooked on blender.
