Does anyone have a good receipt for creating a fearley realistic LED light.

LED lights ?
When you say LED lights, do you mean single LEDs like you would see on a control panel or LED lighting where conventional light bulbs are replaced with arrays of LEDs?
If you mean LED lighting, could model a light fixture (based on a real life LED model). Then you can use the new photometric type of light in Layout and use an ies file from the fixture’s manufacturer’s web site. If you are not familiar, the ies format of files define the photometric characteristics of the lamp or fixture. By doing this, the light dispersal pattern of the light in Layout will simulate the light dispersal of the actual fixture.
I don’t mean this to be a sales pitch, but LED lighting is becoming a popular movement in the lighting field. The LEDs last longer than incandescent light bulbs and have less power consumption than fluorescent bulbs.
