Our ideal candidate:
[ul]
[li]At least 4+ years of experience as a 3D artist on handheld and console titles with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist.
[/li][li]A motivated team-leader with attention to detail and respect for deadlines & budgets who is task driven with excellent time management skills and with the ability to prioritise their work as well as the team members beneath them.
[/li][li]Experience of managing art teams effectively and in a timely fashion.
[/li][li]Previous experience of mentoring and tutoring junior artists.
[/li][li]2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
[/li][li]A minimum of 5 years experience with Maya, Photoshop, and other 3D/2D art applications.
[/li][/ul]

[li]The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
[/li][li]A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.
[/li][li]Ability to consult with leads, producers, designers to develop the look and feel of the game.
[/li][li]Creativity in generating new visual styles, quality and directions.
[/li][/ul]
