[li]Experienced at managing animation teams effectively and in a timely fashion.
[/li][/ul]
[ul]
[li]Previously experienced in the mentoring and tutoring junior animators.
[/li][/ul]
[ul]
[li]Able to supply well-presented examples or a pertinent show reel that demonstrate your knowledge and execution of timing, weight, expression, posing, etc.
[/li][li]Able to showcase a healthy percentage of your work showing realistic, human-proportioned bipedal animation.
[/li][li]Experienced enough to have worked on two or more published titles at a senior level of responsibility as a character animator.
[/li][li]Experienced in systems control animation as opposed to just cinematic and cut scene work.
[/li][li]Professionally conversant in Maya and Max with some Mo Cap experience.
[/li][li]Professional and effective at communicating directives, ideas and critique within an animation team as well as attending and contributing to departmental lead and producer meetings as required.
[/li][li]Experienced at troubleshooting technical problems and creating solutions with regards to 3D animation in a game engine, from constraints to exporting, whatever the problem may be.
[/li][/ul]
