Label vertical text in maxscript?

I have a project need to use vertical text in rollout,my goal is like below(User requirements):

I wondering is it possible can be handled in maxscript,I searched example from website,is it can be used in maxscript for a label text?

How often do you see “vertical text” buttons (controls) in MAX UI ?
