Very nice details and rendering!
One thing that sticks out to me is the apartment building outside the window. It seems like you should bloom that out or at least blur it (defocus) a bit. At a glance, it looks like it could just be a poster right outside the window, and natural exposure would blow that out with a real camera regardless.
But the quality level is great and the lighting is spot-on!
