Jumping out from singboard

Hello there,

I need your help guys. first of all sorry for my bad English but i will try to explain what i need ) I want to make something like this,

you can see the singboard in this picture. Lets say this is live action video footage and camera is moving. With matchmoving tecnik i want to put on the singboard my video footage(in this video will be person) and than i want to JUMP OUT FROM THIS SINGBOARD THIS PERSON and jump one the road down the singboard. Please tell me how can i do this task. tell me if it needs green screen or other techniques. Hope someone will help me )

That sounds like a lot of stuff. I would suggest storyboarding it all out and then tackling the effects one by one.
