Hello all,

  I recently took up drawing again after about 10 years, and got myself a wacom. I would like to receive feedback on my pics with the hope that I can improve, and hopefully one day get to the dizzy heights of skill seen on these forums.
  
  For my first few pics I decided to do portraits of the Battlestar Galactica crew as I've been watching it a lot recently :) And one of Michael Jackson.
  I gave myself a 1 hour limit for each one.
  
  The main area i'm finding hard is shading and lighting. It's difficult for me to get it looking good or flow nicely, so any help on that would be appreciated.

(Updated with final images, some filters and highlights added to wrap it up)

Another day, some more drawings, and my first attempt at digital colour.
Caprica 6 / Tricia Helfer again. I originally did it in colour and then changed it to black and white because I think it looks better.

This one took a while, probably about 8 hours total.

Crits appreciated.
