Issue with Eleven rig in Maya 2018

This issue pops up every time I open the eleven rig in Maya 2018. Does anyone know how I can solve it.

sorry for the confusion I was offline and could upload the screenshot.But I’ve ended up just using it in Maya 2017

Dont get mad so easily by people with problems… just ask for more details and thats it… it has to feel pretty rude when asking for first times in unknown forums and all people say you ask crazy questions.
